GIVING BACK - MY PLEDGE

Real estate is, at its core, about people and the communities they live in.

As I build my practice, I’ve made a personal commitment to give back to the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley communities I serve. A portion of my earnings from each completed transaction will be directed toward local charitable organizations that support the well-being of individuals and families across our region.

My focus is on causes that have a direct and meaningful impact, including:

• Local hospital foundations, such as the Vancouver General Hospital Foundation, Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation, and Surrey Hospitals Foundation 
• Community food banks, including the Greater Vancouver Food Bank and Surrey Food Bank 
• Broader community initiatives, such as those supported by the United Way British Columbia and the Vancouver Sun Adopt-a-School program

These organizations play an important role in supporting healthcare, food security, and essential services for people throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

This is not intended to be a promotion or an incentive, but rather a reflection of how I believe a business should operate over the long term—by contributing, in a small but consistent way, to the communities it is part of.

As my business grows, I intend for this commitment to grow alongside it.
