OVERVIEW
The community of Murrayville, in Langley, BC is commonly viewed as a very family-friendly and relatively quieter part of the city. LOCATION
Murrayville is approximately bounded by 214 Street to the West, 224 street to the East, 44 Ave to the South and 52 Ave to the North. It is bisected by Fraser Highway. The area has two distinct areas: Upper Murrayville and Lower Murrayville. As the names suggest, Upper Murrayville is further uphill and at a higher elevation than Lower Murrayville. Murrayville as a whole is in close proximity to Langley Memorial Hospital, the Langley Regional Airport and Newlands Golf Course.
The central location of Murrayville, within Langley Township, makes it unique. It is somewhat of a drive to get to Murrayville, but that is exactly the type of geographical separation that gives it a serenity unlike anywhere else in the Township. Both Willowbrook and Aldergrove take a few minutes drive to get to. The rural surroundings in between Murrayville and those communities gives Murrayville a quiet charm. This area is somewhat of a hidden gem in the Township of Langley.
Everything for daily living is close by in and around Murrayville Square. Groceries, pharmacies, banking and great dining options are all within close proximity. This type of close convenience is rare in Metro Vancouver and adds to the appeal of buying a house in this wonderful community.
As a bonus, the main commercial corridor of the Langley Bypass and 200th Street are very easy to access by car, within a few minutes. Those commercial hubs offer a full range of store types, services and dining options.

There are a couple of great parks in Murrayville to enjoy. Denny Ross Memorial Park and Arthur Rose Park are popular among residents. Newlands golf course is a marquee recreational facility that is close by and is great for a round of golf or a nice meal. Langley Golf Centre also offers another option for avid golfers.
W.C. Blair Recreation Centre has a great pool for residents to enjoy. It is complemented by the Murrayville Outdoor Activity Park that is adjacent to it.
