Home Prices Appear to be Stabilizing

Interesting discussion from a chief economist below stating, "much of the housing price decline is behind us". The economist seems to support the idea that prices may be beginning to stabilize, broadly speaking. 

It may be that homebuyers are adjusting to the higher mortgage rate environment and finding ways to refinance or secure new mortgages, within their budgets.
