February 2023 Fraser Valley Housing Market Prices

Below is a snapshot of home prices in the Fraser Valley residential real estate market for February 2023. This table includes prices for detached houses, townhouses and condos in North Delta, Surrey, Cloverdale, South Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Abbotsford and Mission.

From a historical perspective, there aren't a lot of active listings currently on the market. This seems to be having a stabilizing effect on prices for now. A more normalized level of active listings would be in the 6,000 to 7,000 range, compared to the approximately 4,000 currently available.
