BCREA Market Update for April 2023

Here's a nice video overview of the residential real estate market activity across British Columbia as of March 2023. The video update by the BC Real Estate Association confirms what this blog has been saying about slower than usual sales in March 2023 compared to longer-term averages and very low new listing activity. Markets are tightening due to a lack of supply. 

The lack of available homes for sale is currently THE main variable determining market pricing trends, along with what mortgage rates are doing.
