Fraser Valley Real Estate Blog Intentions

I am looking forward to using this platform to share my expert analysis and opinions on the Fraser Valley real estate market.  I will also talk about Fraser Valley real estate in the context of the wider Metro Vancouver and Canadian housing markets.  

Giving my readers useful information and insights, to make informed buying and selling decisions, is my primary aim.  My hope is that readers of this blog will gain some knowledge of the current market dynamics impacting Fraser Valley real estate and house prices.

I will share insights on what I'm observing when it comes to market action and news.  Topics like prices, sales, inventory levels, days to sell, mortgage rates etc. will be discussed.  

The goal is to publish a weekly blog post recapping some of the important news of the past week.  On occassion, additional posts will be made when there may be an extraordinary real estate event or news that's taken place.
