Covid-19 changing the way we buy and sell real estate

Brief but interesting article linked below on BNN by Pattie Lovett-Reid regarding how the coronavirus is changing the way Canadians are buying and selling real estate.  

Some key points include:

- gone are most showings and open houses

- virtual tours are commonplace; in other words, digital showings and presentations of homes

- speculative buyers have virtually disappeared

- we could be in this transaction scenario for the rest of 2020 before traditional buying and selling practices maybe begin to reemerge in 2021.
